Shipping policy

Japan

Orders ship from our workshop in Mie, Japan within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays) by domestic courier. The carrier cannot be selected.

International (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore)

We ship by Japan Post EMS with tracking. Shipping is a flat JPY 2,500 per order. Orders leave our workshop within 2 to 7 business days; typical delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 7 days, depending on customs.

Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged in the destination country. These are collected from the recipient on delivery (DDU). We cannot predict or refund these charges.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete, as the carrier may need to contact you for customs clearance. Parcels returned to us because they were refused or not collected cannot be refunded.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather or customs are outside our control.
