Prices: As shown on each product page. Prices include Japanese consumption tax. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are not included.
Shipping: Japan: JPY 870 nationwide, free on orders of JPY 7,700 or more (large items such as wheels: JPY 6,600, Japan mainland only). Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore: flat JPY 2,500 per order by EMS. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Payment: Credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
Dispatch: Within 2 to 7 business days after the order (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).
Returns and cancellations: Initial defects only. Returns or cancellations for other reasons are not accepted.
Return period: Within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds: For confirmed initial defects we ship a replacement or refund the full product price to the original payment method. For DIY kits, only if the product has not been installed or modified.
