Terms of service

Overview
The GRAVITY Online Store ("we", "the Store") is operated by GRAVITY inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and current information when ordering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and may not transfer or lend them to others. Minors may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Products
We do our best to describe products accurately, but colours and appearance may differ from the actual product depending on your device. Specifications and descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders and formation of contract
An order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, errors in listed information or suspected fraud. Trade (wholesale) transactions are subject to separate approval through our Trade Account application.

4. Prices and payment
Listed prices include Japanese consumption tax. Shipping charges are shown at checkout in accordance with our Shipping Policy. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice.

5. Shipping
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather or customs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and warranty
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Products that require modification, such as floating center caps, are not covered by warranty or eligible for return once modified.

7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, text, images and designs on the Service belong to GRAVITY inc. or its licensors and are protected under Japanese and international law. The floating center cap mechanism is registered as Japanese Utility Model No. 3256953. Reproduction, redistribution or modification without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Third-party links and tools
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content.

9. Relationship with Shopify

The GRAVITY Online Store is powered by Shopify, which provides the Service to you. However, all sales made on our Store are directly between you and the GRAVITY Online Store. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and the GRAVITY Online Store, including any damage or injury arising from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with the GRAVITY Online Store.

10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy (link).

11. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, infringe the rights of GRAVITY inc. or third parties, interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt unauthorised access, register false information or place bulk orders for unauthorised resale. We may cancel orders or suspend accounts in case of violation.

12. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service or of products purchased. Where mandatory consumer protection law limits this exclusion, it applies only to the extent permitted.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated by appropriate means.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokkaichi Branch of the Tsu District Court or the Yokkaichi Summary Court as the court of first instance.
